IN THIS RECIPE:

1 Banana
1 Apple
1/2 Lemon ( Optional )
1 Spoon of brown sugar ( Optional )
1 Handful of strawberries and blueberry 
Natural Yogurt

I'm kind off picky eater especially when it comes to fruits mostly because I'm to lazy to prepare them but I found my way to include them in my diet. Shakes, smoothies and juices are so easy to make and so delicious to drink actually all the time. I introduced smoothies to Rudi and he also is a huge fan of them especially to the one from this recipe. I hope you will try it and you will fall in love as much as we do.
